- Nutrition logs, meal timing, meal photos, estimated macros, and diet-pattern inferences.
- Bloodwork panel content, normalized markers, and wellness interpretations.
- Body-composition, readiness, weight-trajectory, plateau-risk, and similar inferred health or wellness outputs.
- Optional meal location information when it can reveal or help infer health-related behavior patterns.
2. Purposes for Collection and Use
- Provide the features you request, including syncing data, storing history, and generating wellness outputs.
- Generate AI-assisted meal, recovery, projection, and trend analysis.
- Maintain service security, integrity, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Sources of Consumer Health Data
- Directly from you.
- From integrations you connect, including HealthKit, Whoop, and Withings.
- From device permissions you choose to grant, such as location, camera, photo library, microphone, and speech recognition.
- From inferences and features generated from the data above.
4. Sharing
We may share consumer health data with service providers acting on our behalf for hosting, storage, authentication, security, support, and requested AI processing. We may also disclose such data if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. We do not sell consumer health data.

- Request access to or deletion of your consumer health data, subject to legal exceptions.
