What These Documents Cover

This legal set is written for the product that exists in this repository: an adult wellness app that authenticates users, ingests HealthKit and other wearable data, accepts meal photos and optional voice/location input, supports bloodwork parsing, and generates AI-assisted nutrition and recovery guidance.

Important: shred.md is a wellness tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Privacy Policy Explains what the service collects, how it uses health-style data, where AI providers fit, data-retention expectations, and how to request access or deletion. Terms of Service Sets the user contract, wellness-only scope, beta terms, no-outcome guarantees, dispute terms, and platform rules. Medical + AI Disclaimer Short-form safety statement covering bloodwork, meal estimates, predictions, exercise/nutrition changes, and emergency limitations. Consumer Health Data Notice Separate notice for health-style and inferred health data, including Washington-style rights and disclosures.
